This is a procedure that brightens discolored or stained teeth. We offer home-use bleaching kits and Crest Whitening Strips. With home-use bleaching a custom-fitted mouthguard is made to hold the bleaching gel. It is worn at night for three hours for a period of two weeks, depending on doctor's recommendations. Crest Whitening Strips are the professional kits and have a higher bleaching percentage than those bought at retail. Each kit comes with a three-week supply (two strips used each day). The strips are worn for half hour periods. Each of these systems are safe and comfortable. Periodic touch-up treatments may be needed for both bleaching systems.
